1. Professional Engagement

These terms govern the relationship between RKP Ventures and the Client. By accessing our services: Financial Advisory: Data Analytics: Location Intelligence: or Research: you agree to these terms. We architect value. We do not provide legal or tax advice. All decisions remain the responsibility of the Client’s Board or Executive Team.

2.0 Digital Commerce & SureCart

RKP Ventures utilizes the SureCart platform to facilitate all digital transactions and service retainers. By completing a purchase: you acknowledge the following:

• Payment Processing: Transactions are handled securely via third-party processors including Stripe or PayPal. RKP Ventures does not store raw credit card data.
• Asset Delivery: Digital products: such as financial models and industry reports: are delivered via automated download links upon payment confirmation.
• Service Retainers: Payments made for consulting blocks or fractional CFO services via the cart system constitute a binding agreement for professional time and are subject to the specific engagement scope.

3.0 Refund Policy

In the “Missing Middle” of business: precision is mandatory. Our policy on digital products and advisory fees is absolute:
Digital Products: All sales of Excel models: PDF reports: and data templates are final. Due to the proprietary nature of this intellectual property: no refunds will be issued once the download link has been generated.
Consulting Services: Retainer payments and service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or a discovery session has been completed.

4.0 Proprietary Frameworks

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the underlying logic. RKP Ventures retains all rights to its proprietary models and reporting structures. Redistribution: resale: or public display of RKP Ventures’ digital assets is a breach of this agreement.

5.0 Confidentiality & Data

If you can’t measure it: you can’t manage it. We measure it securely. Data provided during the checkout process is used strictly for order fulfillment and internal audit trails. We do not sell client data to third-party brokers. We maintain a clinical standard of confidentiality regarding all client financial information shared during an engagement.

6.0 Limitation of Liability

RKP Ventures is not liable for business losses: market fluctuations: or internal operational failures resulting from the use of our templates or advice. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the three months preceding any claim.

7.0 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan: Canada. Any disputes arising from advisory services or digital purchases shall be resolved in the courts of Regina.
